Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping (Recommended):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

We stand behind our fishing gear like we stand behind our casts. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Return Basics
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Required: Original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our fellow anglers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used fishing line (hygiene and safety concern)
- Opened soft baits (including paddle tail swimbaits and other soft baits)
- Customized rod & reel combos (personalized to your specifications)
- Individual components from opened kits and variety packs
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

Refund Process
- Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees non-refundable. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless item is defective/incorrect
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying your preferred replacement. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional charges may apply for price differences).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your fishing gear arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return.
International Returns
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping fees and import duties/taxes are non-refundable
