While we’re confident you’ll love your fishing equipment, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve created this straightforward returns policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our fellow anglers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used fishing line (due to hygiene and safety concerns)
  • Opened soft baits (including paddle tail swimbaits and other soft baits)
  • Customized rod & reel combos (personalized to your specifications)
  • Items from kits and variety packs if individual components are opened

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your fishing gear:

  1. Submit a Return Request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return (use our template below).
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item securely in the original packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return using a trackable method to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? We’re happy to help:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d prefer
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free replacement or return at no cost to you.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable
